By using the Plot Lift website ("Site") or engaging our services, you (“You,” “Client”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Definitions

- Services: includes consultation, pitch development, scriptwriting, branding, and other creative services offered.
- Content: encompasses all materials—text, graphics, logos, video, data, etc.—on the Site or provided through our Services
3. Scope & Eligibility
Plot Lift grants you a limited right to use the Services for lawful purposes only. Use is permitted if you are at least 18 years old or have legal authorization. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or engaging our Services.

6. Client Deliverables & Usage
Delivered materials—such as pitch decks, scripts, or branding elements—are provided under license for the specific uses outlined in our engagement agreement. Any broader usage (e.g., sublicensing, resale) requires a supplemental agreement.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat shared project materials as confidential and not disclose or use them outside the project scope, unless required by law.
8. Pricing & Payment
All fees and payment terms are specified in your project agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of Services until resolved.
9. Disclaimer & No Warranty
Our Services are provided “as is.” While we strive for excellence, Plot Lift makes no guarantees of specific outcomes, approvals, or success. Your reliance on any advice or materials is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
Except where prohibited by law, Plot Lift’s liability is limited to the total amount you’ve paid for the specific Services in question. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Plot Lift harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services or content.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on our Site. Continuing to use our Services after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms. Be sure to check this page regularly.
13. Termination
Plot Lift reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or Services if you breach any provision. Projects in progress may be paused or canceled in such cases.
